She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hayes and Linda Hayes (Carter); and also Billy R. Chapman. She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Whisman (Rick) of Inola, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Amanda Whisman, Lauren Whisman, Gracie Whisman, Justin Kendall and Matthew Gross; her great grandchildren, Devon, Easton, Colt, Tobias and Presley; and her brother John Hayes of Texas.
