He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Franklin and Guindola Mae Bailey (Hicks); and his siblings, Jim Bailey, Cleo Bailey, Jr., Leroy Bailey and Treva Taylor.

He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Walker of Miami, OK. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
