She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Schultz and Lena Charlotte Schultz (Kamp); her husband Delbert Billups; her son Steven Billups; and her siblings, Bertha Gamble, Claire Speer, Clyde Schultz and Betty Stevenson.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce Mayes of Miami; her grandchildren, Fred Billups of Miami, Holly France of Miami and Tara Duncan of El Reno; and her great grandchildren, Bailey France, Destiny Mayes, Sadie Duncan, Josie Duncan and Asher Duncan.
