It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Art Rice of Miami, Oklahoma, born in Silverton, Oregon, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pum Rice and Bernadine Rice (Reed); and his grandson Mathew Logan T. Hankins. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Gripe; and his children, Ruth Rice of Miami, Trudy Hankins (Pat) of Waxahachie, Texas and Darrel Hankins (Linda) of Miami. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins; as well as a host of friends.
