He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dick and Ruby Dick (Secondine); and his siblings, Jacqulyn Dick, Linda Darlene Chandler, Monta Lee McCoy and Danny Lambert Hayworth.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his brother William Dick (Bill); his granddaughter Lahezra Martindale; his niece Ladonna Morrison; and his son Michael Matteri. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
