He was predeceased by: his parents, John Palmer and Josephine Palmer (McCleary); his daughter Victoria King Ross; and his sister Roxi Callahan. He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Barnes of Miami, OK, Holly Sedivy (Alan) of Miami, OK and Natasha Gibson of Oklahoma City, OK; his stepchildren, Matthew Dorey (Meghan) of Miami, OK and Kalo Price (Mike) of Miami, OK; and his sisters, Sherrie Frock of Kansas City, KS and Juli Taylor of Miami, OK. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.
