He is survived by: his father Robert Perry of Wyandotte, OK; his wife Samantha Perry; his sons, Brody Perry and Braedan Brown; his siblings, Robert Perry, Jr. (Courtney) of Wyandotte, OK and Robin Tyner of Miami, OK; and his grandparents, Richard and Thelma Perry of Grove, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
