She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dow and Mary Elizabeth Sparks (Cunningham); her spouse Billie James Watkins; and her siblings, Charlie Sparks, Hayden Sparks, Buck Sparks, Tommy Sparks, Pauline "Pud" Pollard, Mary Lou Scott and Earline Lamb.
She is survived by: her son Keith Watkins (Shirley) of Comanche; her grandchildren, Cathy Jo Bahnsen (Dwight) of Dewey and Chuck Watkins of Portland, OR; her great grandchildren, Macie Watkins and Colten Coursey; and her great great grandchild Kynnleigh Watkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
