He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Brooks, Sr. (Herbie) and Dorotha Maxine Brooks (Maxine); and his sisters, Carol Ann Brooks and Rita Bean. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Christy (Matthew Kilby) of McLoud, Jessica (Rickie Kemnitz) of Yukon and Kelsey (Codi Brooks) of Shawnee; his sister Linda (Steven Poole) of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Aerin Jaroszewicz (Kilby) of Shawnee, Victoria Kilby of McLoud, Daeten, Paxton, Easton, Abigail Kemnitz of Yukon and Tatum Brooks of Shawnee.
