He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Burlin and Minnie Fay Guinn (Fowler); his former wife Naomia Ruth Guinn (Curtis); his wife Elsie Walden Guinn; his son Frankie Howard Guinn; and his siblings, Edward Burlin Guinn (Charlcie), Clifford Paul Guinn (Emma), Samuel Wayne Guinn (Judy), Alba Mae Ward (Troy) and Laura Lillian Lawson (Talley).
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Jean, Robert Lee Guinn (Sherry) of Meeker and Jeanie Graves (Guinn) of Meeker; his sister JoAnn Dungan (Ken) of Midwest City; and his daughter-in-law Marguerite Guinn McDowell of Shawnee. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
