He was predeceased by: his parents, June E. Kincaid (Larson) and Robert E. Kincaid; and his brother Danny Lynn Kincaid. He is survived by: his sister Robbie S. Kincaid of Yukon, OK; his aunt Pat Shive (Kincaid) of Woodward; and his close friend Jack Brown.
