She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shaw and Loata Shaw; and her brothers, Ronelle Shaw and Franklin Shaw (Bud). She is survived by: her husband Bill Welborn of Donna's Grill; her children, Debbie Lowe (Danny), Billy Welborn (Shallon) of Meeker, Nick, Raelynn and Zach (Hailie); her grandchild Axel; her child DeLayna Pearcy (Brent); her grandchildren, Breanna and Bryce; her son David Lowe (Jacqui); her grandchild Amaya; her daughter Kelli Simpson (Mark); her grandchildren, Cole and Haley; her child Kyle Welborn (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Ella and Reagan; her sister Frankia Story of Edmond; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Kincaid, Teresa Simpson and DeWayne Welborn. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (625 Loy St, Meeker, OK 74855). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
