He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Mae Hiemer (Beasler) and Leo Hiemer. He is survived by: his wife Laquita Joy James of Meeker; his children, Jimmie Edward Mileham of Chandler and Deborah Perkins of Springtown, Texas; and his grandchildren, Jackie Haskell of Mulvane, Kansas, Jimmie Ryan Mileham of Chandler, Austin Wright of Texas and Huston Perkins of Texas.
