He was predeceased by: his father James Butler Ledbetter; his stepparents, Vannie Ledbetter and Al McNally; and his siblings, Steve and Melissa.
He is survived by: his mother Jimmie McNally (Best); his wife Patti Luann Ledbetter (Hooper); his children, Kayla Vaught, Jamie Ledbetter and James Burgess; his sisters, Becky Chapman, Cindy Sue Baiocchi and Melody Ann Bennett; and his cousin Caldwell. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
