He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" and Orah "Vernie" Fowler (Wilson); his father-in-law Delbert Hubbell; and his brother-in-law Floyd Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Karen Fowler; his daughters, Melanie Young (Matthew) of Mason and Heather Kaplan (Matt) of Meeker; his grandchildren, Rylee Young, Daythan Lawson, Katy and Layton Kaplan; his sister Judy Chapman of Meeker; his mother-in-law Joan Hubbell of Meeker; his sisters-in-law, Peggy Cullison (Randy) of Meeker and Betty Wright (Garey) of Meeker; his nephews, Marc Chapman (Kim) of Meeker and Toby Chapman of Meeker; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Mallory Chapman, Kaden, Caleb and Casen Chapman. He is also survived by his daughters, nephews, great nephews, granddaughter and grandson.
