He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Welborn (Shaw); his children, Debbie Lowe (Danny) and Billy Welborn (Shallon); his grandson Derek Lowe (Kristal); his great grandchildren, Nick and Zach; his grandchild DeLayna Pearcy (Brent); his great grandchildren, Breanna and Bryce; his grandson David Lowe (Jacqui); his great grandchild Amaya; his granddaughter Kelli Simpson (Mark); his great grandchildren, Cole and Haley; his grandchild Kyle Welborn (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Ella and Reagan; and his siblings, Linda Kincaid (James), Teresa Simpson (Ed) and DeWayne Welborn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
