She was predeceased by: her spouse Pasquale J. Leone; and her sibling Grace Foubert. She is survived by: her children, Francis Leone (Diane) of Raymond, NH and Joanna Richardson of Derry, NH; her husband Mack; her grandchildren, Francis, Jeffrey, Katie, Mark Leone, Mackenzie Richardson, Meghan Richardson, Christopher, Matthew, Guy Leone Jr., Christine Federico and Breana Federico; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Ava Rose and Joseph; and her siblings, Jennie Citro of Burlington, Mary Welch of Chelsea and Josephine Drago.

It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Rose's memory to the Care Dimensions Hospice, Ste. B-102, 75 Sylvan St, Danvers, MA 01923.
