He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Tracy Phillips of Texas, Coty Bartley of Pond Creek and Dustin Bartley of Pond Creek; his grandchildren, Bailey Thomas White, Brysen Nicole Bartley and Brinkley Jane Bartley; and his sisters, Diana Ham and Rita Bartley.
