He is survived by: his children, David Petrik (Janis), JoAnne Petrik (Dan McClellan), Jenny Sue Davis (Terry) and Kay Petrik (Tim Stoltze); his grandchildren, Lucretia Nesbitt (Justin), Ashley Hibbets (Scott), Crystal Foreman (Jack), Shelby Kaminski (Terry), Mistie Fain, Brandon Davis (Tammy), Tiffiany Jones (Michael) and Kyle Arter; his great grandchildren, Brianna, Garrett Nesbitt, Hudson, Alivia Hibbets, Nathan Thompson, Capri Fain, Lauren, Alyssa Kaminski, Christopher, Mia Davis, Hailie Carson, Timmy and Paizlee Arter; and his great great grandchild Camden Carson.
