He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Blubaugh and Mary Hein Blubaugh; his daughter Lori (Don Bowman); his wife LaVon Blubaugh; and his siblings, Bill, Bob Blubaugh and Rosalie (Carl Conrady).
He is survived by: his son Jay Blubaugh (Karen); his grandchildren, Samantha, Kaleb Lemieux, Raegan, Eden, Tanner and Baylee Bowman; his son Grayson; and his sister-in-law Peggy Blubaugh. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
