He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Frazier and Katherine Frazier; his significant other Bernie Ciskowski; his children, J. C., Donna Frazier, Bill Frazier (Brenda) and Debbie Richter (Kevin); his grandsons, Alex and Michael Frazier; his sisters, Sharon Bensley and Martha Skaggs; his brother-in-law Bill Ciskowski (Evelyn); and his pets, Vera and Coco. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
