With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Smith of Medford, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cameron Smith and Earline Smith (Clayton); and his siblings, Ronald Smith, Betty Reimer and Doris Bias.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith of Medford; his sons, Chad Smith of Medford and Casey (Haley) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Emersen and Braylee Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Chuck's name may be made to the First Baptist Church of Medford or the charity of donor's choice through the funeral home.
