He was predeceased by: his parents, Elcy Nipper and Amy Nipper; his wife Frances; and his sisters, Mildred (Cote), Maxine (Rockman) and Melba (Quasny).
He is survived by: his children, Arlen Nipper (Sherri) and Tammie Lore (Brian); his grandchildren, Chelsea Pardue (Ryan), Jacob Lore (Ross Janssen), Nikki Thomas (Kyle) and David Lore (Maddie); and his great grandchildren, Grayson Thomas, Rowan Thomas, Rylee Pardue and Brynn Lore.
