He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean Moore of Mead, OK; his children, Ronnie Moore (Joanie), Stephanie Swan, Destinee Zech, Kimberly Usrey, Heather Sherman (Dakota) and Kalya Green; his siblings, Shiela Moore Utley (Jim), Raivyn Moore Gorden (Benjamin), Amy Rosas and Michael Lewis; and his grandchildren, RyanAlan Swan, Lenea Swan, Stormy Sherman, Daniel Moore, Harley Sherman, Adeline Swan, Avalon George and Andrew Moore. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
