It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Dell Felton of Mead, Oklahoma, born in Norman, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Kilburn (Standifer); his grandparents, Ezra and Ethel Standifer; and his siblings, Cindy Cheshire, Terry Kilburn and Teddy Kilburn.
He is survived by: his father Russell Kilburn; and his siblings, Steve Felton (Dena) and Pam Swanson. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; 7 great nieces and nephews as well as other extended family and friends.
