With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Ann Waugh of Mead, Oklahoma, born in Norman, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 18, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Kinsey and Aleta Kinsey (McCarrell); her husband David Waugh; her sister Sherry Kinsey; and her nephew Bobby Bruce Kinsey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cassie Brooks (Donnie) of Mead, OK, Lesa Kinsey (Eric Matz) of Kansas City, KS and Angel Waugh (Spencer Northcott); her grandchildren, Bobby Brooks (Sarah), Tylor Brooks, Devin Degraeve, Alysa Degraeve and Kaylee Drury; and her brother Steve Yandell (Sherri Prevost).
