He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Frank and Eunice Isabelle Fuxa (Anderson); his son Frank Alan Fuxa; his brother John Fuxa; his siblings-in-law, Carol Fuxa and Gene Branson; and his sister Judy Branson of Bethel.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gerken of Sumner; his children, Teresa Leigh Fuxa of Oklahoma City and Robert William Fuxa of Oklahoma City; his brother Jim Fuxa (Debbie George); and also Robert "Bobby" Brown.
