He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Odell Morgan and Alta Lois Turner Morgan; and his siblings, Melvin Cordell Morgan and Judy Mozelle Morgan Altizer. He is survived by: his wife Frances Janette McFarland of Mead, Oklahoma; his children, Michael W. Morgan (Tracy) of Pottsville, Pennsylvania and Peggy S. Lisenbee (Rick) of Haslet, Texas; his grandchildren, Molly Fraze (Robert), Matthew Morgan (Emily), Kevin Lisenbee (Tanna George), Jessica Hall (Dak), Whitney Lisenbee (Michael Pagan), Noah Morgan and Hailey Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Addison Morgan and Evelyn Morgan.

During COVID, he created a Food Bank with others to help make sure neighbors didn't go hungry.
