She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lewis and Bessie Irene Hird (Girtman) of Kearney, Nebraska; her brother Allen Hird of Minden, Nebraska; and her nephews, Jeremy Haussermann of Kearney and Eric Haussermann of Kearney, Nebraska..
She is survived by: her children, Stacy Estes (Joe) of Mead, Shawn Thames of Minden Nebraska, Karna Brittain (Marc) of Durant, Dana Wood and Patrick Thames (Maria Thames) of Omaha, Nebraska; and her sister Wanda Haussermann of Kearney, Nebraska. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 5 nephews; 2 nieces as well as other extended family and friends.
