He is survived by: his wife Betty Howard; his son Eddie Lee Howard II (Jennifer) of St. Jo, TX; his siblings, Mary Buerger of Mead and Doug Howard of Lawton; and his grandchildren, Mathew Sampson Howard and Evian Ice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
