He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Lisa) of Mead, OK, Chris of Davis, OK and Jeff (Kelly) of Velma, OK.; his grandchildren, Bandi Mahaffey (Todd) of Lexington, KY, Danica Higgins (Cory) of Garvin, OK, Ashlie Cottingham (Bud) of Pawhuska, OK, Cody Brown of Sulphur, OK, Shelby Kruse (Kolby) of Lindsay, OK and Jake Brown of Velma, OK; and his niece Rhonda Terry (Donnie). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
