She is survived by: her husband Manuel L. G Carter; her children, Kimberly Carter, Jennifer Johnson (Chad), Diron Carter (Ali) and Kristi Carter (Eric Helf); her grandchildren, Alexis Clark (William), Austin Pena, Jake, Miles, Ellis Johnson and Diron Carter; her great grandchildren, Carter Reynolds and Stassi Clark; and her sisters, Yvonne Marcilla of Albuquerque, NM and Mei Ling Lipka of Tampa, Florida. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
