He is survived by: his mother Alba Concepcion Simmons (Martinez) of McLoud; his children, Esau Rivas, Alex Flores, Stefany Fuentes, Daniella Guerrero and Steven Simmons; his sibling Yulie Marie Castro; his nephews, Luis and Sebastian of Tecumseh; his sibling Magda Lucia Gutierrez; his brother-in-law Waldemar; his nieces and nephews, Nickolle, Charlamagne, Francisco of Grand Prairie and Richard Byron Simmons (April); his children, Brett, Alaric and Laurel of Moore, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Isabella Guerrero, Katalin Fuentes, Laila Fuentes, Giancarlo Rivas, Royalty Rivas, Lucas Flores, Eliana Flores and Stacia Simmons.
