He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Endicott; his sister Marilyn Kleist (John) of Rushford, MN; his children, Rhonda Albertson (Chad) of Midwest City, OK and Tim Jolly (Julie) of Shawnee, OK; his granddaughters, Mariah McPhail (Blane) of Perkins, OK, Taylor Calvery of Cresent, OK and Cheyenne Seebeck (Jeff) of Shawnee, OK; and his great grandchildren, George, Aiden, Miles, Riley, Aubree and Bran. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
