She is survived by: her children, Beverly Winstead (Ralph) of Harrah, Leo Fortelney Jr. (Terry) of Harrah and Gary Fortelney (Dawn) of Harrah; her siblings, Joe Manek of Harrah, Larry Higdon of Choctaw and Evelyn Fugate of Harrah; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Chad, Nicholas, Cheryl Ann, Justin and Staci. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
