She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Ballard and Maxine Hawkins Morgan; her grandparents, Carl Hawkins and Lillie Hawkins; and her sibling Ray Hawkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelly Ussery (Jimmy) of Horntown; her grandchildren, Stacey Harlan (Scott) of Newalla and Chase White (Samantha) of Pink; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Marshall, Oakley and Locke; and her stepgrandchildren, Tonia, Sonya, Randall, Samantha and Harley. She is also survived by ten step great grandchildren; other family members, and many friends.
