He is survived by: his mother Darlene Francis Smiley of California; his daughter Morgan Patterson (Jonathan Hayes); his grandson Liam Joseph Campos; and his cousins, Debra Daugomah of Shawnee, Rhonda McMillin-Hunt of Edmond, Sara Wilson of Harrah, Jessica Salazar of Shawnee, David Patterson of Long Beach, Tom Dishion of Colorado Springs and Bryan Wilson of McLoud.
