He was predeceased by: his parents, David Manley and Beatrice Manley (Harjo); and his son Vernon Manley. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Manley (Cole); his brother Mitch Manley of Kayenta, AZ; his sons, Terrance Manley of Shawnee and Nonas "JoJay" Manley of Mcloud; his grandchildren, Nina Still, Kyle Manley, Cornell Manley, Talyn Manley, Melvin Manley and Jozy Manley; and his great grandchildren, Xaley Cali and Astrid Storm Manley.
