He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father George Franklin; his grandparents, Arthur, Mable Richmond and Edith Roberts; his uncle Dave; his grandfather Clyde; his spouse Gail Cross; his child Kelly Richmond Bledsoe of Edmond; his mother Lula Richmond of Edmond, Oklahoma; his son-in-law Eric Bledsoe of Edmond, Oklahoma; his son Travis Richmond of Conroe, Texas; his brother Steve; his sister-in-law Christi Richmond of Edmond, Oklahoma; and his stepchildren, Cassie Cline of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Colton Cline of Cole, Oklahoma and Caleb Cline of Stillwater, Oklahoma. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews and cherished friends.
