He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hodde and Juanita Hodde; his stepfather William Hodde (Bill); and his siblings, Evelyn (Melvin Wallis) and Paul Dean.

He is survived by: his wife Millie; his son Gary (Janet) of McLoud; and his grandson Kent (Wanda) of Shawnee.
