He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cheek (Taylor); his children, Kim Benno (John) of San Roman, Tonya Carlton (Chris) of Mims, Melissa Cheek of Fort Smith, Lisa Simmons (Dennis) of Joplin, Patty Woods (Curtis) of McAlester, Oklahoma, Jeff Cheek (Vanessa) of Roland, Mike Cheek (Dana) of McCloud, Rick Tobey (Jackie) of Lavaca and Mark Tobey (Tina) of Hartford, Arkansas; and his sister Lanell (Charles). He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
