He is survived by: his nephew Mike; his significant other Shali Lay (Dollins); his children, Chelsea Lay (Darrick) and Chance Lay; his grandchildren, Payslynn, Lakeley, Cash and Rallee; and his siblings, Donnie Lay (Pat) of Mcloud, OK, Don Lay (Sue) of Arkoma, OK, Ronnie Lay of Wilburton, OK, Betty Trench (Matt) of Moore, OK and Wanda Ryan (Jim) of Leflore, OK.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other close family members.
