It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Strayhorn (McCurtain, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Rowan and Elfleda Rowan; her husband Hubert Strayhorn; and her granddaughters, Stacy Strayhorn and Megan Strayhorn.
She is survived by: her son Pat; her daughter-in-law Sheila Strayhorn of Wright City; her sister Margie Cline of Wright City; and her grandchildren, Kim Oliver, Robbie McDaniel, Steven Strayhorn and Natalie Strayhorn. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
