He is survived by: his former spouse Jann Mize May; his spouse Jann Weaver; his daughter Andrea Weaver Trotter (Jared) of Moore, Oklahoma; his brother John David Weaver (Denise) of Telluride, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Stacia, Erik, Hailey, Taylor, Trip, Tristan, Payton, Paisley, Kenna, Taben, Tannon, Deklyn, Paris, Isaiah, Shaylee, Liliana, Marlaina, Abegalle and Maddox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
