She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Walter Slater and Sylvia Slater (Smith); her husband George; and her daughter Slater Lynn Bice. She is survived by: her daughters, Whitney Mitchell (Matt) of Broken Bow and Bethany Wilcox (Don) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Kyle Mitchell (Leah), Kassie Johnson, Konnor Mitchell, Rebekah Helm, Abigail Helm and Cayna Helm; and her great grandchild Jaxyn Mitchell. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
