She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie Bryant and Cassie Bryant (Bean); her sons, Jerry Thomas "Tom" Hunter and Victor Hunter; her husband Donald Swanson; her brother R. D.; her sister-in-law Oteka Bryant; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Garry Hunter, Terry Hunter of McCurtain, OK and Patricia Tankersley of Arlington, TX.; her brothers, Robert (Debbie Bryant) and Numerous; and her great grandchild Many. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
