She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Severn and Bertha Jones Severn; her husbands, O. Blake Wade and Edward A. Rea; and her siblings, Connie Tarver, Bonnie Malone, Hubert "Bob" Severn, Walter Severn, Givens Severn, Mark Severn, Jr., Chris Terry and Billy Severn.
She is survived by: her children, Lujuanna Cox (Lemual) of Tom, Jonathan B. Wade (Gail) of Ashdown, W. Brad Wade (Tina) of Celina and Nancy Sagraves (Steve) of Poetry, Texas; her grandchildren, Blake Cox, Amanda Cox, Benton Cox, Jennifer Walker, Emily Jester, Jonathan Wade II, Jessica Powell, Bradley Wade, Taylor Raney and Colby Sagraves; her great grandchildren, Molly, Jaxon, Joshua, Natalie, Julie, Jaxton, Jaycee, Jersie, Brooklyn and Riggs; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Bates (Edna Severn). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
