He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Kay Blaylock (Sides) of McCurtain, OK.; his wife Nelda; his children, Miranda Carlile of Pocola, OK, Jason Carlile of Stigler, OK and Jeff Carlile (Whitney); his grandchildren, Xavier, Whitley, Traegon, Libby, Remington and Raelin; and his brothers, Mark Blaylock (Janna) of Kanima, OK and Tobey Blaylock (Amber). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, and an aunt and uncle.
