He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Blaylock. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Kay Blaylock (Sides) of McCurtain, OK.; his wife Nelda; his children, Miranda Carlile of Pocola, OK, Jason Carlile of Stigler, OK and Jeff Carlile (Whitney); his grandchildren, Xavier, Whitley, Traegon, Libby, Remington and Raelin; and his brothers, Mark Blaylock (Janna) of Kanima, OK and Tobey Blaylock (Amber). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, and an aunt and uncle.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler (204 NE F St, Stigler, OK 74462). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Milton Cemetery.
