She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Fields, Sr. and Minnie "Sally" Fields; her son Kendal Fields; and her siblings, Ophelia Fields, Mary Fields, Sylvester, Isaac Jr., Johnny Mack, Leroy James and Ray Charles.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberlyn King of Idabel; her grandson DeVonté of Washington; her nephews, Freddie and Edward Fields; her caregiver Briana Fields; her sisters, Ola Turner (Joe) of Tom and Wanda Cursh of Haworth; and her close friends, Glenda Harris of Tom and Barbara Ann Griffin of Lawton, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and a many friends.
