She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Thomas Fennell and Ravie Helen Fennell (Jenkins); her husband A. L. Cogburn; and her sister Helen Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Marc Cogburn of Texarkana, AR, Sonya Cogburn-Ross of Durant, OK and Monica Cogburn-Thompson of De Queen, AR; her grandchildren, Macey Lacaze, Morgan Oglesby, Alex Thompson and Emily Cogburn; her siblings, Kenneth Fennel (Jerry) of Swink, OK, Harvey Fennell (Kathie) of Millerton, OK and Sue McKinley (Don) of Millerton, OK; and her close friend Bennie Matthiews. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
